Talcott Woods is a community of 68 individual homes built on 24.7 acres in Rye Brook, New York. This unique community of custom single-family homes was first offered to the public in the Spring of 1978. Talcott Woods was among the first communities of its type in Westchester County. Indeed, the combination of individual home ownership and commonly owned property, including a pool, pond, significant common areas, and central maintenance, was unique.
